To reach Seathwaite Cottage by car, follow the A593 towards Coniston then take the road through Torver heading into the Duddon Valley. The lanes are narrow so take care on the final approach a single larger vehicle or two smaller cars is recommended for groups.
The nearest stations are Foxfield and Millom on the Cumbrian Coast Line, both around 10 - 12 miles from the property. From either station a taxi or pre-arranged hire car is needed to reach the cottage.
