Briery House Reviews

Microwave oven very high up for a 5 person. More books and games would help in case of bad weather. Dining kitchen congested when using an intrinsically unhygienic table. Clumsy heavy dining chairs didnt help when dodging cupboard doors. Artless wall displays didnt reflect the Lake District setting. Mercedes?? Useful accommodation for an extended family but a bit pricey considering fairly basic standard of finish and maintenance. repaint bannister please.
Penelope
Lovely property. Exceptional master bedroom. Friendly reception staff who helped out immediately with minor maintenance issue. Excellent access to old railway trail into Keswick and to Threlkeld for excellent cafe
Rebecca
Beautiful spot. Lovely house. Could have been a bit cleaner but nothing major. Very well stocked kitchen equipment and a cosy vibe. The front door needs fixing.
Stephen
Lovely property good facilities ideal for a family stay. Noisy neighbours a bit of an issue though not a property problem access to the river not quite as we thought, but proximity to Keswick by walking great. Lovely footpath which means you can start and finish from the property for many walks.
Lovely house in a great location. Very clean with all the home comforts needed for a great holiday. The underfloor heating on the ground floor was an added bonus and kept us toastie on cooler October evenings. I would highly recommend this property.
Anthony
Very comfortable and well equipped large house in a good location on the edge of Keswick but with easy access to town centre. A great base for exploring the surrounding area
Biery House was lovely, well equipped and comfortable. The outside seating area was a bonus especially as the first 4 days of our stay were glorious. There was an issue with the dishwasher but the lady on reception quickly resolved that for us. Would definitely stay again.
This property is in a fabulous location and is a short walk from Keswick. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.
