The large garden and conservatory make it ideal for family gatherings or friends' reunions.

The setting is truly remarkable. Positioned at the foot of dramatic fells, the cottage offers direct access to numerous walking routes straight from the doorstep. The peaceful Wasdale Valley provides a genuine escape from everyday life, with limited phone signal adding to the sense of getting away from it all.

Accommodation includes one super-king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath plus corner shower), one king-size room, one double and one twin zip-link room that can be configured as a double. There's also a family shower room with large walk-in shower. The well-equipped kitchen features a built-in electric oven, full-height fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
