Located just 3 miles from Cockermouth, you'll be in the quieter part of the Lake District but still close to everything. The surrounding countryside offers beautiful walking routes and outdoor activities for all ages.

The accommodation includes 10 bedrooms: 3 king-size, 3 doubles, 1 twin, 1 triple with single beds, 1 family room with a double and 2 singles and 1 family room with a double annexed to a twin room. All bedrooms have TVs and en-suite facilities (5 shower rooms and 5 bathrooms). The welcoming lounge features one of the largest working fireplaces in the Lake District and the dining room seats all 25 guests.
